- An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced real estate lawyer, to join our well established and growing Residential Development team specialising in all types of development work and in particular acting for national and local housebuilders.
- Main duties and responsibilities will include providing support to the lead partner delivering legal advice and services in the following main areas: residential site acquisitions and disposals, strategic land matters, Funding and Planning Agreements, site assembly and infrastructure, Deeds of Condition, DPA, complex title examination and related conveyancing, wayleaves, utilities, leases and options.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate a genuine passion in developing in this area of real estate law and in return, the successful candidate will gain exposure to high quality work, great clients and will be joining a friendly and supportive team.
