Associate, US Securities

  • We are currently looking for a junior capital markets lawyer who is US-trained and qualified to join our team in the London office
  • Our ideal candidates will also be adept at dealing with clients in a multi-lingual, multi-cultural environment. A JD is strongly preferred.
  • Typical responsibilities include assisting in the drafting of prospectuses, drafting of legal documents and agreements, assisting on and overseeing documentary due diligence on issuers, and negotiating agreements under the supervision of more senior lawyers.
  • Admission to the bar with good standing in a US jurisdiction is necessary, with a preference for New York, along with post-qualification experience in US securities law transactions.
  • The ability to conduct business in German would be a strong positive.
