  • Our Nottingham team is one of the most highly regarded in the city and is led by Crispin Bridges Webb. Clients range from young fast growth companies to large multinational corporations, wherever based, with much of the work being for international clients and working with our international network of law firms.
  • We are looking for a driven and ambitious Senior Associate to join our similarly ambitious Corporate team. Our team has a clear growth strategy, which means that for the right candidate there is the opportunity for real career progression.
  • The core focus of the work will be M&A but you will also cover all aspects of corporate finance including private equity, venture capital, joint ventures and re-organisations.
