  • About the Role: We are seeking Forensic Accountants, Lawyers and/or Forensic Investigators to work as part of multi-disciplinary teams within the Wholesale Department in the Enforcement & Market Oversight Division.
  • Looking for: Among your myriad skills, we are looking to secure your expertise and experience in any of the following areas: financial markets; investigations involving serious fraud or other complex financial crime; regulatory investigations; complex litigation or disputes.
  • Opportunities: The opportunities afforded to you will include but not be limited to drafting all forms of documents (including witness statements, the statutory notices, settlement papers, papers before the Regulatory Decision Committee and case update papers) and correspondence with subjects, their legal representatives and witnesses; and leading challenging interviews of subjects and witnesses using compulsory powers, on a voluntary basis and under caution and recommending on when each format is appropriate.
  • And more: In this role, you will have responsibility for investigating and taking action against serious misconduct in financial markets. This ranges from conducting investigative interviews to contentious regulatory and criminal proceedings. You will gain experience of leading investigations and also work as part of larger, multi-disciplinary teams.
