  • About the role: We are seeking to appoint an in-house Associate Counsel – EMEA to work in our London office.

  • Opportunities: The opportunities afforded to you will include, but not be limited to, responsibility for the drafting or review of a variety of financial and investment related regulatory documentation, including filings with the applicable regulatory authorities in the Relevant Jurisdictions; and for reviewing and interpreting statutes, rules and policies which are relevant to the regulatory functions of the Companies, their branch offices and corporate affiliates in the Relevant Jurisdictions.
  • And More: You will possess the proven ability to develop and foster strong interpersonal relationships and to maintain effective cross-functional teams throughout the organisation; and proven analytical skills with the ability to make independent decisions. Furthermore, you must be able to develop or assist in providing effective solutions to problems/processes/procedures, advocate for same, propose improvements and manage the implementation of same.
