  • Your experience will include advising on a mix of development/infrastructure projects, real estate and corporate acquisition work for a range of clients such as developers, contractors, consultants and other entities.
  • You will have a good understanding of the standard forms of construction contracts (JCT, NEC) and associated documentation.
