  • About the Firm: Our London asset finance team is widely regarded as a leader in complex domestic and cross-border asset financings, working as an integral part of our global asset finance group, based throughout Europe, the United States, Canada, Latin America, Asia, Australia, Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia.
  • About the role: We are currently seeking a mid-level associate to join our award-winning practice to work across a range of transactions including, but not limited to: cross-border leasing; export Credit Agency supported financing and procurement.
  • Looking For: We are looking to secure your excellent academic record, your expertise as a qualified solicitor in a common-law jurisdiction with your significant experience working on cross-border asset finance transactions at a leading City law firm. Your good commercial awareness, drafting skills and ability to take the lead on aspects of cross-border asset finance transactions, are all highly desirable.
  • Opportunities: The opportunities afforded to you will include, but not be limited to, playing a key role on transactions with partner supervision and be able to manage a team with junior associates, trainees and paralegals. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to act as a mentor to trainees within the practice.
  • And more: We are recruiting across all asset classes but would also offer the opportunity for involvement in other types of asset class.
