  • About The role: We are seeking to appoint an in-house Airline IT and Outsourcing Legal Advisor to work in our Luton office.
  • Looking for: Among your myriad skills, we are looking to secure your experience in working for an Airline or in the Aviation sector and advising them on Technology deals, Outsourcing and IT Infrastructure supply agreements, including dealing with and negotiating directly with Airports and suppliers that provide services on and to aircraft.
  • Opportunities: The opportunities afforded to you will include but not be limited to delivering prompt legal support and strategic advice to business units, including in relation to: contracts, business change projects, large outsourcing arrangements, telecommunication and airport infrastructure and IT related projects; providing end-to-end assistance on RFPs which may result in the selection and appointment of new suppliers, conducting supplier and project due diligence and reviewing, advising on and negotiating supplier terms and conditions and where appropriate determining their fitness for purpose.
  • And more: You will possess Strong technical skills in IT and outsourcing contract law, with in depth knowledge of related legal/regulatory and industry issues such as GDPR/DPA, NISD, IR35 and TUPE.
